Choose a session date via our booking calendar. We'll confirm by email and raise an invoice. Payment terms are 14 days. You'll receive a pre-session questionnaire and access request (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Pre-Session Prep
We audit your website, SEO, and current marketing activity. Pre-session summary sent 24 to 48 hours before your session.
Live Diagnostic Session
Half-day remote session (Zoom/Teams) or on-site (IoW; mainland +expenses). Structured agenda: audit walk-through, Q&A, prioritisation. Session recorded and shared after.
Full Report Delivered
Delivered within 48 hours of your session. Includes action plan, channel recommendations, tier suggestion (if relevant).

Ongoing support (Optional)
If you want help implementing the plan, we'll recommend the most suitable support level. Our monthly retainers start from: Foundation from £495/month, Growth from £995/month, Accelerate from £1,995/month. You're never locked in. Monthly retainers are invoiced monthly with payment terms of 14 days. Direct Debit arrangements are available on request. The assessment stands on its own.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. If we fail to deliver your report within 5 working days, you'll receive a full refund. If you're unhappy with the quality of the report, email us within 7 days and we'll either revise it or refund you.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly retainer after the assessment?
No. The assessment is standalone value. We'll recommend a tier if ongoing support makes sense, but there's no obligation.
